Ingredients Required To Make Homemade Chocolate Pancakes

- Cocoa
- Salt
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Milk
- Butter
- Oil
How To Make Homemade Chocolate Pancakes

Start by sifting the flour, cocoa, and salt into a large bowl, and then add the sugar. Make a well in the middle and pour in the beaten eggs, milk, melted butter.

Whisk all of the ingredients together until they form a smooth batter. Chill the batter for half an hour for the best results. However, if you can’t wait that long then you can begin cooking.

Heat a non-stick pancake pan and melt a small knob of butter. Ensure that the pan is coated with the butter and then add a ladle of the chocolate batter to the hot pan.

Cook the pancake for a few minutes until you see the small air bubbles form and the mixture firm up in the pan. In a mixing bowl place the cream, icing sugar, and vanilla.
Whisk until the cream thickens. Slice the strawberries and then fill the homemade chocolate pancakes with cream and red berries. Serve and ENJOY!
