How To Make Homemade Almond Milk Crepe
Firstly start by sifting all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and give it a good mix.
Next, make a well and add the wet ingredients to the bowl. Alternatively, you could place the ingredients into a food mixer and on a medium speed beat the dairy-free crepes until you have a smooth thin batter.

Using a hand whisk, whisk the mixture until you have a smooth crepe batter.
The batter should have a loose and runny consistency rather than being a thick batter as this mixture will give you beautiful thin crepes.
If you can let the batter rest and chill for a short while you will find that this will give you an even better end result for your vegan crepes.
However, if you can’t wait that long then you can use the batter at room temperature. On medium heat place a frying pan or crepe pan and heat your oil.

Pour half a cup of batter into the pan making sure that you swirl it around the whole pan so it makes an even thin layer.
Little bubbles should form on the top of the crepe as it cooks. Once you see them start to appear then you can flip the crepe so that both sides are cooked evenly.
Continue the process until all of the remaining batter is used.
You can then eat them hot or allow them to cool slightly before filling depending on your choice of filling.

NB: As this is an eggless mixture meaning there are no eggs added to the batter then I would suggest also not using butter to fry the crepes.
While butter is usually used for frying crepes, I would suggest using your favorite oil instead. Butter is more prone to burning. However, if you want to use butter then you can do so, the choice is yours.
Please note that if you use normal butter then the crepes will not be vegan.
